Client Assets: Ownership of photos and videos produced for clients is governed by the specific service agreement signed between KwaPamoja Limited and the Client. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, KwaPamoja Limited retains the right to use produced works for portfolio and promotional purposes.

2. Client Access Portal

Unauthorized access to our Client Archives is strictly prohibited. If you are provided with an access code:

• You agree not to share this code with unauthorized individuals.
• You agree that the images downloaded are for your personal or corporate use as defined in your contract.
• We reserve the right to revoke access to any gallery at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Limitation of Liability

KwaPamoja Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services or any content on the website.
